MP News: Goa Police will be here to interrogate 18-year-old ‘serial killer’ Shivprasad Dhurve, who was arrested two days ago for allegedly killing four watchmen in Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar and Bhopal cities. A police officer gave this information on Sunday. He said that Dhurve was working in Goa before committing these four murders, so Goa Police wants to ask him about some unsolved cases related to the crime that took place there. Dhurve, who was arrested from Bhopal in the early hours of Friday, allegedly killed three watchmen in Sagar town and a watchman in Bhopal in five days between August 28 and September 1. At the time of the incident, these four watchmen were on duty at night and were sleeping. Sagar Range Inspector General of Police Anurag told PTI, “During interrogation, Dhurve told that he used to work in Goa earlier. After this we informed the Goa Police about it. So Goa Police will come to Sagar in a day or two to inquire about unsolved cases there.”

The accused used to work in Goa

Sagar Superintendent of Police Tarun Nayak had said on Saturday that “Shivprasad is not a psychopath but has a criminal mindset. He is behaving like an ordinary person. He used to work in Goa. That’s why we have contacted the police in Goa to get more information about him.” He added that he is well versed in social media and knows a little English too.

The accused was influenced by social media

According to Nayak, the accused had killed the four watchmen and looted money and mobiles from them to earn quick money. According to Nayak, Dhurve is 18 years and eight months old and has confessed to committing four murders. He said that the accused was influenced by social media and carried out these incidents to become famous.
