The ASP said that the three accused (Malkhan, Suresh and Rajesh) were sentenced to life imprisonment 16 years ago in a double murder case and had come home after being released on parole 6 months back. Referring to the FIR lodged by Rekha, ASP Mishra said that the trio often used to beat her and her daughters, threatening them with a firearm. According to Rekha, they did not even allow to cook food in the house, fed up with this, the daughters have eaten poison.
