According to WABetaInfo, some iPhone users are getting alerts about the end of WhatsApp support. According to the report, the messaging service will stop working for iPhones running iOS 10 and iOS 11 software. WhatsApp has reportedly started issuing warnings to iPhone users who are using the iOS 10 or iOS 11 version of the program.

Let us tell you that the users of the messaging app have received a message, in which they have been informed that the app will soon stop working on their smartphone and will not be available to them. Note that the iOS 10 and iOS 11 software versions are not heavily used on the iPhone and will affect only two iPhone versions, the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5c.

More than 23 lakh WhatsApp accounts banned
It is worth noting that WhatsApp recently released a monthly report, in which it was said that the company has banned more than 23 lakh accounts in India in the month of July. Out of this, more than 14 lakh accounts were deleted before any complaint by the users. According to the report, 23,87,000 accounts were banned between July 1, 2022 and July 31, 2022. Of these, 14,16,000 accounts were actively banned prior to any reports from users.
